The successful candidate will be working in a whole of market brokerage, handling a high volume of pre-qualified leads and in tandem with our life insurance business, presenting the opportunity to earn additional commission!
In this role, you’ll be fully supported by an administration team who will handle all the mortgage admin involved in closing a deal.
We’re looking for a candidate who has experience in processing mortgages and submitting applications. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all cases are progressing smoothly by regularly following up over outstanding documents/information with all parties.
Advanced product knowledge is essential and a strong background in a similar role is desirable in a driven applicant.
Our Mortgage Completions role involves helping to guide the client’s mortgage application smoothly through from the point of offer to completion. You’ll be liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to co-ordinate the provision of documents and required information.
You’ll also be on hand to help mortgage advisors with transactions, providing product knowledge and administrative assistance where neccessary.
